Albert Dix Football Tournament - October 2024

On Friday 18^th October, we took two boys’ teams to the Albert Dix Football Tournament at Rowanfield Junior School. We had a team in both groups.

They all played very well, with some children playing out of their usual position. It was a great team effort and an enjoyable afternoon. There was a mixture of results and unfortunately, we didn't win enough to finish top of either group, and progress to the finals. A similar story in the other group. 

Well done to all the players, for a super attitude, team effort and trying so hard: Robert, Rory, George, Ryan, Nathan, Ethan, Adem, Kaelym, Freddie, Oli, Logan, Chen, Max, Archie and Max.

Thanks to parents for giving lifts and Mrs Midwinter who transported some children and stayed to support me.
