On Monday 11^th March, our B Team hockey players took part in a tournament at Pates Grammar School against other schools from the Cheltenham area. There were two groups and then the top of each played each other in the final - we finished 2^nd in our group, and played extremely well.

Great goal keeping by Zofia, super defending by Charles, awesome attacking play by Hollie, Jessica and George with all three scoring goals throughout the matches, and George getting a hat trick in one of them.

Their determination and team spirit helped them win 5 out of 6 matches in their group. They played the team finishing 2^nd in the other group for the 3^rd /4^th place play offs, which they unfortunately lost 1 nil. We cannot be prouder of their achievements. They were more than capable of winning this event, it was that close. Well done to all of you. Thanks also to the parents who gave lifts and stayed to support. Lots of encouragement and humour from the side lines which was great to hear.
