On Thursday 2^nd December, our Year 5/6  Netball B Team took part in a tournament against other primary schools, at Chosen Hill School. We were lucky with the weather, even though it was cold, the sun shone throughout the morning. We played 5 matches in total and with each match they were gaining confidence and their netball skills improved. Their attitude to each game, whether it was close or not, was very positive and supportive towards each other. The experience these pupils gained through playing netball is invaluable. The more they played the better and stronger they became. We are very proud of how they played and represented out school.

Well done to: Amber, Naia, Anjana, Grace, Lily, Imogen, and Katie; a special mention goes to Amber, Anjana and Lily who were awarded sports value bands for their teamwork, self -belief and determination. Well done.

Many thanks also to the two parents who gave lifts there and back, without your support this couldn’t have happened.
