On Monday 18^th March, our A and B netball teams played in a Year 5/6 netball tournament at Cleeve School against other local primary schools.

Our A team won all their matches and played extremely well; all areas of the court were strong and the girls’ movement up the court was very slick. Defence, centre court and shooting end were outstanding. They should be very proud of themselves.

The B team won 2, drew one and lost one. They all played in all the positions on court and worked really well together, it was great to see all the smiles on their faces at the end of the day. I must thank Lola who very kindly agreed to play for the B team to balance out the numbers. Thank you to Mrs Bashford for sorting the B team out during their matches and providing cakes!  

Well done to: Sophia, Bella, Aimee, Daisy, Hollie, Eliza, Amelia, Lola, Martha, Rosie, Lydia, Martha, Hannah, and Laura. You were all amazing. Thanks, parents, for lifts and supporting.
