Over the last 5 weeks we have had some parents attending this course with their children, during Tuesday afternoons, where they have made resources together.  These included: fizzy feelings bottles, pillow case affirmations, bubble making, meditations, hand massages, bag of kindness, scrap book and photos, pat me on the back slips and so, so much more. As you can see from the photos those parents and their children have thoroughly enjoyed this course. One parent said ‘It was very useful and especially the quality time spent together and trying out the techniques to help them stay calm.’

Many thanks to all who took up this free course and GCC for offering this service. We hope to run more free courses again over the next school year.
